What's in a name?

The name Sita first found me in Bali in 2005—spoken casually at a dinner, almost like a breeze carrying a secret. The moment I heard it, something in me paused. The name settled into my bones and refused to leave, as if it knew the path I would walk long before I did. In the ancient tale, Sita rises from the earth itself—born from a furrow, shaped by soil, memory, and quiet strength. She’s a goddess of nature’s resilience, a feminine force that holds both softness and unshakable will. There’s whimsy in her presence too, a charm that glimmers beneath her steadiness. By choosing MagdaSita, I’m honoring that earthy elegance and the spark that first stirred in Bali: art born from intuition, rootedness, and the unspoken magic that finds you when you’re paying attention. It’s a name chosen with clear intention—a tribute to grounded beauty, mythic resilience, and the whisper of a story that’s been following me ever since.
